Job Summary

The Water Conservation Administrator helps develop, plan, implement and evaluate strategies, programs and projects that promote and increase water conservation and improve public support for water conservation efforts. This position develops analytical tools and processes to evaluate and improve existing conservation programs.

The Water and Sewer Department is seeking a talented Water Conservation Administrator to support our demand management program. As part of the water conservation team and the City of Greeley Water & Sewer Department, you will work with an energetic group of professionals dedicated to serving the city, our citizens and the Northern Colorado regional economy. Collaborate with a team committed to improving expanding water conservation through innovative programs.

The ideal candidate selected for this position will: provide research and analysis of customer data; track and report conservation program effectiveness; apply mapping skills to analyze water budgets and customer usage trends; and assist in report writing and data reporting. This position requires strong organization and record keeping skills, and requires someone who is self-motivated and displays sound judgement.  Providing excellent customer service interactions is a critical component of the job. This position is a good mix of in office work, fieldwork and attending meetings and events.
