The Stormwater Coordinator position is responsible for performing analytical and administrative tasks, planning, developing, coordinating, and managing activities and documentation required for the town’s Stormwater Management Program. This work is conducted in compliance with the Colorado Discharge Permit System (CDPS) and the General Permit for stormwater discharges associated with Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s). This includes ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations by leading inspectors, coordinating construction site inspections, developing public outreach initiatives, and managing stormwater mitigation projects. The individual will actively monitor and report on stormwater quality and discharge activities.
