As the leader of the Stormwater Team within the Public Works Department, the Stormwater Supervisor is essential to the success of the Stormwater Division. This role involves fostering collaboration with various Town departments and providing essential assistance to developers, all within a customer-centric work environment. Ensures the equitable delivery of vital services to protect public health and improve the quality of life of Windsor citizens. This position performs supervisory, management, and highly skilled analytical and administrative work in planning, developing,a nd overseeing operations and maintenance of the Town's Stormwater Management Program. They establish and implement programs, goals, and performance standards in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations set forth by the Colorado Department of Public
