    The Water Conservation Senior Technician is an integral part of the Water Conservation team and Fort Collins Utilities (Utilities), providing customer service and efficiency program support to help meet the goals of the Fort Collins Utilities Water Efficiency Plan. The position uses innovative techniques to improve water use efficiency throughout the community, including science-based methodologies and industry best practices for managing water demands and improving community resiliency. The position involves independent and collaborative work with numerous entities, internal and external to the City organization, to support programs, policies, plans, goals, and regulation-based requirements.  The position requires a culturally competent, water professional who can interact with diverse groups and individuals to provide community benefits and excellent service to Utilities’ customers. Excellent data management and analysis skills are desired.
