The Mt. Crested Butte Water and Sanitation District is accepting applications for a full-time Water Treatment Facility Foreman position to be part of a team environment focused on operation of the water plant and distribution system for Mt. Crested Butte.  Important qualifications include a combination of treatment operations, employee supervision, construction, and electrical/mechanical/maintenance repair.  A State of Colorado Water B and Distribution 3 license or the ability to obtain such within one (1) year is mandatory (training for certifications provided). Operators are required to take on-call responsibility including select weekends and holidays.  A valid Colorado driver’s license is required.  Starting salary is $74,200 - $91,000 DOQ.  Excellent benefits package including 100% employer paid premium family health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 12 paid holiday days, two weeks paid vacation, employer contribution to retirement plan (5% automatic mandatory employer matching with 1-3% optional additional matching), employer provided uniforms, and a seasonal ski pass.
