RiversEdge West is looking for an individual with excellent leadership skills, solid nonprofit and personnel management skills, fundraising experience, and a demonstrated ability to successfully manage vibrant and collaborative organizational programs. The Associate Director (AD) is a critical component of the organization who helps translate the organizational mission and vision into action and successful outcomes. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the AD is responsible for oversight and supervision of programs and associated staff for REW. Key responsibilities will be planning, management, and fiscal accountability of those programs that support the organizations 2022 – 2024 Strategic Plan.
