The Water Quality & Treatment Lead is an introductory supervisory position. Leads assist in scheduling and supervising a team (approximately two to six staff members) responsible for performing the duties essential to one of the following disciplines:

Water Quality Operations - This team supports the production and protection of high-quality potable and non-potable water that meets all regulatory requirements and Denver Water’s internal goals. Leads shall be capable of performing the essential duties assigned to their team as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities -This is a working supervisor position with formal but limited supervisory responsibilities over other employees in a small team.
