First level supervisory position. Under supervision of the Operations Manager, acts as "working crew leader" to direct the installation, repair and maintenance of the water system. This is accomplished by operating, organizing and maintaining equipment and materials needed for leak repairs and installation of water infrastructure, leading personnel, and performing utility locates. This position requires after hours on-call rotations.

A valid Colorado CDL driver's license with airbrake and trailer endorsement are required. High School graduate or equivalent.
